ultra slow upload speed

I am currently have great download speed 46.7 Mps, but shocking upload speed 0.13 was max. (wireless)

Tried on different computers, for same result, sitting around 3 meters away from router (which is out in open and not blocked)

Tried already changing channel, channel width, checked if running current firmware,

have archer VR1600v
