very slow upload speeds on the nbn 50 plan

Hi guys,

I'm on an NBN fiber to the node 50 plan, my download speeds are 34.6 and upload speed is 0.7 at the moment and getting dropouts in upload!

I stream a camera 24/7 so it's upload's that are important to me .

I'm running a brand new Tp-Link Archer AC 1200 modem which was working fine the last week or so but now dead slow uploadsI

so any help will be very much appreciated .  Cheers Bruce
