No NBN connection - Work From Home!

I have sat on hold 3 times today trying to get an answer as to why my internet is not working. It was working up until 9am and now nothing. My account is not in arrears, there are no outages in my area.
I would like this rectified as I work from home and will start billing TPG if I am unable to connect ASAP. I cannot afford anymore downtime due to your incompetence.

Thanks for posting your concern.

 

We've checked the account and learned that there was a network outage within NBN Co which affected your service.

 

We were advised that the issue was rectified on the same day as well and can confirm that the service is working since the modem is showing that it's authenticated to the NBN server.
