very slow upload

my internet is shocking at upload speed 

speed test in the Speed test app at 9pm at night once the kids are in bed & im the only person in the house on the internet

when your watching videos they stop & wait a moment to load & catch up..!! the upload speed is terrible

There are many factors that can affect both the download and upload speed of your service. It is best to perform some tests to see if there's any issue.

I have the router next to my computer & connected via cat6 Ethernet.

I used the speed test
https://www.speedtest.net/

With a ping of .65

We used to have foxtel internet, same download speed but 20mg upload. TPG is cheaper, now I regret moving to a slower inferior product
