Website and email address not available for my broadband and home phone account

Hi, there, I am an old TPG user and have registered for 10 years. But I still can not make use of TPG user website and TGP email address as a part of my TPG account. I have tried to log in my TPG account and clikc "Manage your website files" but the website as shown in the link for my account can not be accessed at all.Can someone here check how I can access my TPG website and TPG email address? Thanks!
