why cant i send an email out, always get same message, failed to send as email address not valid. i can receive emails no problems. i have tried sending to myself or my other tpg account doesnt work. my other tpg email address works no problem.
Are you able to send a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the email address that's having a problem? We'd like to look into it further for better understanding of the situation.
