why is shaping less than agreed 32kbps

Does TGP cheat its customers ?

If you are not subscribed to an unlimited plan, speed will be shaped to 32Kbps/32Kbps for the billing cycle in which the monthly usage quota has been exceeded. Downloads and uploads are counted.

Hi Ahra_G

I can measure and graph my download speed.

I also chart downloads and uploads myself to compare to TPG figures.

When my service is shaped that speed is below 4kbps which is well below the 32kbps in my contract.

Ahra_G is employed by TPG to hold the lie about shaping and CHEAT customers of their Contract Conditions and the euphemism TPG use is that Ahra_G is a Moderator
