We can confirm that your service is not affected by an NBN outage as the modem/router shows that it is online.
When you said that you turned off the WiFi, did you turn off the modem/router itself or just the WLAN/WiFi of it?
When you said that it is not working, do you mean that your devices are not able to connect to your WiFi network?
