Get online support
I am unable to access the TPG webiste or login to check bills.
it has been ongoing for the past few weeks, the internet otherwise works fine and I can access other websites.
I am unable to even open the support page, only the TPG community pages.
The warning I receive is the below:
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.tpg.com.au (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
www.tpg.com.au normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to www.tpg.com.au this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be www.tpg.com.au, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit www.tpg.com.au right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Hi,
Thank you for your response. The clock on my computer is correct and set to my local time zone. I have reset it anyway and the issue still continues
As i had mentioned, this problem is unique to the TPG website for me, no other site is affected.
