Hi @dom,

Welcome to the Community!

In most of the cases, computer's inaccurate date and time are the biggest cause of an SSL error or “Your connection is not private” error message. To remove this, message of your Google Chrome “Your connection is not private ” error message please check and update your device's clock.

Should you need further assistance, please let us know.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. The clock on my computer is correct and set to my local time zone. I have reset it anyway and the issue still continues

As i had mentioned, this problem is unique to the TPG website for me, no other site is affected.

Hi @dom,

I'd like to confirm if you experience this issue on Smart phone or desktop.

You can do the following troubleshooting below.

  1. Antivirus – HTTPS Scanning Feature.
  2. Disable HTTPS / SSL Scanning.
  3. Click on the Advanced link to show “Proceed to website” link.
  4. Bypass the “Your connection is not private error” in Google Chrome with two simple clicks.
  5. Clear Google Chrome browsing data on iOS or Android.

Tell me, how it will go.

Regards,
