Hello how are you? We recently added big talk to our service with tpg but are still not able to make calls overseas, keep mentioning some sort of error, if you could help that would be great
I am sad to learn that you are having issues making international calls. We recommend that you reset your NBN NTD box and the modem then try to dial the number again. If the issue persists, please let us know your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can proceed with further test and investigation.
