Can someone please tell me how to cancel the call waiting on our landline?

Hi @leebee2795 ,

Thanks for sending me your details. The request to disable the call waiting has been made to our Home Phone Engineers, it may take 24-48hrs to take effect to the service, let me know should you require further assistance.
