Can't call but can receive phone calls

I'm receiving a message when I try to call someone oca0163, I had to buy a new home phone but I am up to date with my bill, can receive calls, unplugged everything and plugged in again, exact same phone as the one I had??????

We have located the account using your community details. We have checked the status of your NBN FTTN VoIP service and we are not detecting any fault on the line or network that may affect it.


Is the issue happening to all outgoing calls (even when dialing TPG hotline)?
