Can’t use 1300numbers on my landline.

Can't seem to be able to use 13 numbers on my landline. How can I solve it?

Hi @Samueru

 

Calls to 13/1300 are excluded to any of our bundle plans and is pay-as-you-go. Did you check your prepaid balance? Have you tried calling our hotline 13 14 23 to see if it works? 

 

Let's have a look at your account first; then we'll proceed in checking if it's a technical issue. Any chance you can PM us with your Customer ID or homephone number?
