Can't seem to be able to use 13 numbers on my landline. How can I solve it?
Calls to 13/1300 are excluded to any of our bundle plans and is pay-as-you-go. Did you check your prepaid balance? Have you tried calling our hotline 13 14 23 to see if it works?
