Cannot dial out on landline

I cannot make outgoing calls on my landline, but incoming is working. Phone is plugged in port 1 .

We just send your request for voip activation, it may takes 24 hrs to be activated. If you still having issue, you may lodge a fault with TPG mobile apps or your can msg me.

I have checked your account, and can see there's a technician scheduled for tomorrow 10/Jun/20 
Please advise if the issue is resolved after the Tech's attendance.

Tech guy came today, he tried his phone and could dialled out. Reconnected my phone but Nil success. So need new landline phone. Will let you know tomorrow if issue fixed with new phone.
