I have the same issue.  Cannot make or receive calls but can send and receive SMS

Is this a new connection?

How's your service? Are you still not able to make and receive calls using your TPG SIM?

Have you tried rebooting the handset? What is the make and model of the handset?

Make sure that the handset is 4G capable as the 3G network might have been disconnected in the area.

Hi Basil,

I have the same issue. Called the support and they told me that it is related to the 3G network being disconnected.

Although my phone supports 4G they said that if my phone does not support calls over network, I won’t be able to make calls and I have to buy the latest model. 

For me it is absolute nonsense as the phone is just 5 years old.

My phone is ASUS Zenfone 5. Could you suggest maybe some settings change or enabling SIP calls etc?

Due to the closure of the 3G network, only VoLTE or calls over network capable devices will work with our service.

To confirm if your device is compatible, please contact Asus support for the information and enable it as well.
