Sorry to learn that you are having difficulties with the homephone service. What type of service do you have? Have you performed some basic troubleshooting?
I tried searching for your account using your Community details but was unable to find any match.
Any chance you can send your Customer ID or service address via private message so we can test your line and be able to assist you accordingly?
