Cannot ring out on my home phone

Hi

i rang customer service as I cannot ring out on my home phone. I was told I had to go online and turn home phone on and pay seperately as it no longer done by you. Well I cannot find where to do this and I also noticed that I am still paying for the home phone, please let me know what is going on. Having to do this myself is pretty poor service.
