Get online support
For two days I have been able to receive calls but not make any. I do get a dial tone.
I have tried to reset the modem and NBN box but it has not made a difference.
My account says it is 'unfinancial', but I am on direct debit and up-to-date. The last payments were taken from my account 2 weeks ago.

We'll need to raise your home phone state with our Accounts Team for investigation as there is a known issue since the weekend. Kindly send your TPG landline number privately.
