Configure VOIP on an archer vr1600v firmware revision 2

I paid full price for my tplink modem. I have changed providers and need access to the settings to set up my telephone. Despite having paid full price for my modem I still can't access all the features that I should be able to access. I need someone to send me the access information so I can set up my phone service on the new provider.

We're keen on checking this info if your equipment was a BYO modem or TPG supplied. Any chance you can confirm your Customer ID or username via PM

TPG supplied modems (and iiNet and a few others) are locked down and don't give you access to the VOIP settings. I'm sure there are other service providers besides Aussie Broadband that allow BYO router AND give you the VOIP settings.
