I've recently had a crackle on my landline and callers also complain about not hearing us clearly due to our voice sounding very static. We're on ADSL with a landline phone. Please help!

Thanks for your PM. I have run a line test on your service and I'm seeing a fault on the line. I will escalate your fault to our Engineers, who will contact you back later on today with an update.
