My Mum (under lockdown in a nursing home)
- can receive calls for her brand new FTTN service but cannot call out.
There is a continual engaged signal for all number types.
As advised by customer service, the prepaid calls were topped up.
All settings are set to ACTIVE within the user dashboard.
All lights are soild on modem.
Still nothing.
Please help as she has had no way to phone out for over 6 weeks.

Thanks for raising this to us. Is there someone with your Mother that can perform a basic troubleshooting? If so we've created some articles that will help them perform basic troubleshooting.
