Thanks for raising this to us. The continuous ring means the call waiting feature of the service is active. Shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file and we'll request this to our Engineering Team to be disabled.
Note: If you are using a handset with call waiting feature you may try to disable it by pushing ‘recall’ or ‘flash’ button
How do I private message (PM) in the community
Hi, We would like to have a caller hear an engaged signal when they ring the home phone while it is in use. Currently they just hear it ringing. Can we set this up please?
