Can the TECH SUPPORT move my VOIP from VR1600v to FritzBox7430. Thank you.

Hi @thansra162 . TPG VOIP service is only available on the TPG-supplied router and only when it is the primary router. Your Fritzbox can only be used as an extender or access point.

where as some other RSPs will happily remotely do the voip settings on any router, why is tpg so inward looking ? i am happy for tpg to remote into my computer and then put the settings, need only three voip sip and udp etc settings. if tpg want, i can ship my own fritzbox to them and they can programme in the voip settings - if they want to be so secretive about it.
