Get online support
I am unable to dial out. I get an automated message that states "The number you have dialed is not available on this service OCA 0163"
I have just changed my plan from ADSL to NBN a week ago, I had no problems with the phone for the first few days, now I am unable to make any calls. My incoming is alright though. I've already added $10 as prepaid balance but no result.
Any help would be appreciated
