Fixed line phone how do I cancel this

How do I cancel my fixed line home phone. We simply don't use it and as pensioners, we would like to cut back on all unnecessary expenditure. David Tyler

Hi David, 

 

We have our Plan Change Team that can assist you in changing your service to an internet only plan if that is what you preferred. I would recommend that you give them a ring at 1300 920 158 (Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm and Weekends & Public Holidays 9am - 6pm).

Hi @davidtyler258 . When you call TPG, the easiest thing to do is just change to $0 PAYG phone plan. No monthly cost, can still receive calls, 000 and 1800 calls are free.
