Get online support
I recently had a internet dropout & fixed it by resetting modem/router & doing settings manually. Then discovered I can't make or receive calls. I have dial tone but when I try to make a call, it dials then I hear a long continuous beeping sound. If I call the home phone using my mobile I get a recorded message saying the number is not connected.

We checked the status of the phone service and it shows that it is not registered.
We can't confirm if it was triggered after you reset the device, but would like to raise this with our Tech team.
