Got the new modem and phone line is not working - please help

Dear TPG support.

 

I plugged the new modem (VX220-G2v). I followed the instruction and internet works but not the phone. Would you have a look into it please?

Got the reply from TPG support. Will waiting for land line activate. Ref# 12741760.

Looks like the reference number is from our Engineering Team. Let us have your TPG account details in order for us to check the progress of the ticket.

Phone line has been connected. Thanks.
For your information, I reported the problem to TPG help desk (phone: 131 423) at 11:30pm (Perth time), got a ticket number, and the phone line was activated/connected at 13:00 pm. Thanks for the quick response from the TPG support team. Much appreciated.
