Had wireless NBN connected this week Internet OK and can receive mobile calls on the home phone but can't make any mobile calls. Keep getting a message cant make calls from this device then a ref OCA0163

Hi ourpower.

Did you select a VOIP phone service that has mobile calls included in the plan? If not, you have to make a prepayment to cover non-included calls. You might be unfinancial. You can check by logging in to My Account.
