landline not working

hi, i changed my landine about a week ago and now the new phone i connected shows up greyed and says status: idle. can't make or receive calls

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked the account.

The phone service is unregistered on the account, which is why it is not working.

We've manually registered the phone service and it should start working.
