Get online support

Have an email saying my Bundled service is now active, I have a dial tone but no phone service

Hello I recently( 3 days ago) had my TPG internet bundle intsalled I recieved an email qouting every thing including my phone number , but theres no  phone light active on my modem , I have a dail tone on my phone but when I call out it just dails the number and gives me a constant beep. As I dont have a phone to call about  it I am writing here in hope of some guidence from TPG.

Using your community details, I was able to pull up your TPG account.

 

In order for us to fully understand why the phone is not working, can you confirm for us the following details:

  1. Brand and model of the modem
  2. Modem's Serial Number
  3. Modem's MAC address

Had a lovely lady from tpg tech department call today and sort the no phone thing out , I had to manually put a few things in the modem as the over the line automatic side wouldn’t configure it.

 

thank our every thing is now working as it should be.
