Hello my internet speed has dropped down to 53 mbps I am currently paying for alot higher then that is there some sort of issue atm ? . I also keep getting a so called Telstra person calling me saying they own the line and are propping up my speeds which seems funny.

Had a lovely lady from tpg tech department call today and sort the no phone thing out , I had to manually put a few things in the modem as the over the line automatic side wouldn’t configure it. thank our every thing is now working as it should be.

Hello I recently( 3 days ago) had my TPG internet bundle intsalled I recieved an email qouting every thing including my phone number , but theres no phone light active on my modem , I have a dail tone on my phone but when I call out it just dails the number and gives me a constant beep. As I dont have a phone to call about it I am writing here in hope of some guidence from TPG.
