Welcome to the community!

We are able to locate your account using your community details and based on the logs on your account it shows you have been in touched with one of our Technicians about your Home Phone Service not working.
 

This has been raised to our Engineering Team for further test and investigation, at the moment this is still under assessment. It usually takes 24-48hrs for the investigation.
 

We'll chase this up with them and updates will be provided by one of our Engineers via SMS or Phone call. Let us know should you require further assistance.
