URGENT
My internet is working but my landline is not. The last phone call recipient said the ine kept breaking up. Now I have no line. How can I advise tpg technical support?
I urgently need my landline.

We checked the account and was not able to detect any fault within the connection or phone service.
Is the handset connected directly to the Phone port of the modem/router? Have you tried to unplug and re-plug the handset?
Do you have another handset to try?

All seems to be working fine now. Why I don't know but it is.
All I have done is to make sure all the wires at the back of the tpg modem were firmly pushed in.
