Home Phone Not Working - NO Mobile reception to help fix

I need help on my home phone. I can't get the phone to work now. First the internet went off and i got that back on. now the phone won't work. The net will but phone won't. Also i can't ring due to where i live in mobile reception to get help to sort out this issue.

So home phone does not want to work. engaged singal but internet does work now. very strange. can i get help please.
