Home Phone not working

I have internet connection however for two days I have no home phone. I have checked all phone ports, turned my modem on off and on andalso turned the connection box off then on. Still no phone. The message on the phone says "check phone line"

Is this a newly installed service? If yes, did you port your number from your previous service provider?

If not, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check on the status of your VoIP phone service.
