Your account and service looks ok. No issues with the line and plenty of time on your international calling pack left to use.

I can see the is an open ticket in our systems for your query you made earlier with the call team.

A voice engineer will look at your ticket ASAP.

It could just be a temporary routing issue in the backhaul.
