Hi. I have a home phone and nbn bundle. Moved from Telstra to TPG last week. Internet is fine however phone is not working. I have the phone line plugged in to the back of the TP link modem. But not working. Not sure if the phone number has been transferred from Telstra to TOG as yet. Can someone from TPG help please?
