Home landline is completely dead and ADSL+2 internet really slow

Hi our landline is dead I need some assistance could someone get back to me ASAP. Have tried calling couldn't get through had called a different tpg phone number and she said technical support will call me back and no one has. Thankyou Suzana

Apologies for the inconvenience. ​​​​​​

 

The issue is now raised to our Engineering team and Telstra have advised that they are currently experiencing a service disruption which impacts multiple customers. 

 

Telstra have told us that they have booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 27/Feb/2020.
