Home phone broken again.... 4th time now & counting....

The 5GHz WIFI stopped working so I did a reset & then discovered I can't make or receive calls. I have dial tone but when I try to make a call, it dials then I hear a long continuous beeping sound. The phone light is off on the modem/router.
This happened last time I did a reset. 
Note to self NO MORE RESETS!!!

Internet & WIFI are working.


Also who do I ask to get the phone plug/socket replaced & wires checked TPG or Telstra? I still have the old wide plug & would like a new one put in.


Apparently TPG FTTB got a speed increase? But I am still on the old speed. Hence why I wanted phone socket replaced & wires/signal checked.
