Our home phone line is not working but the internet is. I've tried calling TPG several times today but can't even get left on hold. The suggestion is to email them but what is the email address? Can anyone help? How do I register this issue which probably requires someone coming out to look at the line as it has happened before when we have had heavy rain. Thanks.
