Home phone not working

I have updated my modem to a TP-link VR2100v.  My internet is working however my phone is not connecting.  Can you tell me how to fix this please?

If you are under the bundled NBN with VoIP service, then the VoIP will not work with a 3rd party modem/router.

The TPG supplied modem/router has a special firmware for the VoIP service to work.

If you need the VoIP to work, then you have the option to use the TPG supplied modem/router as the main modem, then use the new TP Link VR2100 as an access point for your Wi-Fi connection.
