Home phone not working

Level 2

Moved home on Wednesday 18/11. Nbn installed on Wednesday 18/11. Home phone working fine on Thursday. But yesterday I was unable to make ant outgoing calls. Kept getting message: " The number you have dialled is not available from this service OCA 0163". Still the same this morning. At my old address I had been unable to use my home phone for about 3 to 4 weeks.
