Last week - Saturday the 14th - we had the NBN installed with a technician coming out to the property to do necessary work. Since then I have been unable to make calls from my phone but I can recieve calls just fine.
I've noticed a number of people sharing this similar problem and am hoping that there is a quick and effecient way of resolving this.
We have perfect internet connection being able to surf the web. The Phone 1 led is lit.

The phone status is unfinancial, which is why the outgoing calls are not working. You've enrolled to the 'Pay-as-you-go' bundle, which means that you need to top up a Prepayment Outside Included Value (POIV) for you to be able to call out.
