Hi @wk_2022

Is this the first time you'll use the phone service?

We'd like to check on the status of it and see what we can do to resolve this.

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

Hi @wk_2022

Any handset should work with the bundled VoIP service of your NBN.

Make sure that it is connected to the correct designated phone port on the modem/router.

Have a good day!

thanks for reply, I tried that, I plugged the Telstra call guardian 301 base station to NBN box port uni v1 ,but there is no dial tone and if u call my home phone number it says" you call could not be connected this time ,please try again later OCA0188," , so I assume even if no phone connected to nbn box uni v1 port , it still give ringing tone when someone call it, could u please help?

We're glad that the reset on the NBN NTD box resolves the issue.
