Home phone stopped working.

Hi,

I have a home phone plus nbn bundle. The internet works but the home phone stopped working. There’s a dial tone but I cannot make or receive calls. Please help.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked the phone status.

It shows that it was not registered on the account, which is why it is not working.

We've reset it remotely and the status has changed to 'registered', this means that the service should start working.
