I can't call overseas

Hi, 

I have a mobile plan to call unlimited to selected overseas country. But, I can't call overseas. Call doesn't go through. I called your customer service several times and waitied more than 30 minutes everytime and no one bother to answer. I am very frustated with the sevice.
