We recently requested an additional Bizphone handset for our organisation to function on the same number as an existing Bizphone handset (for another room basically), but were instead provided with a Bizphone handset along with a new phone number. This is costing us far more than we planned for, and we are a small not-for-profit organisation.
I have been trying to get in touch with a Bizphone account manager but my calls are never answered, and our messages are never returned. Each month that goes by is an additional expense on a small budget and we need to have this fixed asap, and I don't know why it's so difficult to get someone to talk to about this. (hence why I'm posting here after running out of options!)
