Mobile phone disconnected from TPG network

My mobile phone has been disconected from the TPG network for some unknown reason. I can not make or recieve calls nor can I send or receive messages. This has happened once before about 2 years ago.

I've been disconnected on a Saturday which means no support until Monday. There is a support phone number but I can't call that as my phone isn't working. 

Does anyone know how to get in touch with support on a weekend even if it is only for urgent issues?
