Internation call not working. It cannot connect to HK numbers

The naternation call cannot go to HK number.  This problem has happened for few days.

Due the COVID-19, all comunications are also been affected,

Have you check if the phone number you are calling to HK is active?. Is the issue with one number in particular?.

I may suggest you to contact our Customer Service department .
